A bunch of sixth formers at a school in Aberdeen were sent home in disgrace after they laid turf on the Common Room floor in a practical joke. According to the school, the pupils were also drinking....

The article on the BBC website reminded me of a similar escapade that I was involved with quite a long time ago. As a first year student my friends and I removed all the furniture from a friend's student accommodation and set it up outside his front window. We then laid turf in his room and trucked in a goat from another friend's farm and left it in his room happily chewing on the makeshift grass. He wasn't impressed but we all laughed.
