Sometimes looking around the internet, one finds the most bizarre websites. Recently, I found a site called Project Camelot and it truly is bizarre. The owners of this website are obsessed with the 2012 date (the end of the Mayan Calendar) and have come up with an all encompassing theory that ties together the Roswell UFO incident, global warming and other off the wall concepts to come up with the ultimate doomsday theory. Yes - folks, they want to warn you all of the coming holocaust in 2012 - which is not that far away....

As you might expect, the site consists of ominous warnings by unnamed politicians and military folks who claim to know all about 'Dark Star'. Apparently, the world's politician's are busy creating underground facilities, stockpiling them with food and supplies and will take a small proportion of us into the safety of these underground facilities to preserve the race from the coming disaster. They are even planning a Martian colony apparently!

Well - they might well be right I suppose - perhaps we are about to be obliterated by aliens from the future just like in Independence Day. Maybe all the World's politicians are in cahoots to keep this all quiet to avert a major panic. But just a minute, politician's are self serving creeps who can't keep their mouths shut aren't they? Can I actually believe that a secret like that could be kept... Not a chance.
