The European Union - an entity promoted by eager politicians who apparently continue to turn a deaf ear to European citizens - is going through some serious issues. Not only did the Irish citizenry show their distaste for all things 'European' recently by sending a puppet to represent them in the Eurovision song contest but they had the audacity to vote against the EU constitution! Now the Poles and Czechs have also highlighted the Euro division between politicians seeking more power for themselves and the average European citizen who simply wants the EU to go away.

I couldn't help blogging on this one. The Seattle Times is now measuring hits to its website and the news stories it prints online. Apparently, the most popular story by far is one regarding a man who died from injuries sustained from having sex with a horse.

Actually, the story is even more bizarre than that. Apparently, bestiality is legal in Washington state where cases must be tried on the grounds of animal cruelty. The story suggests that the farm on which the horse lived is nothing more than an animal brothel for paying clients!

While police determined that they couldn't prosecute the owners in relation to the horse sex incident, they were examining the smaller animals on the farm for signs of sexual abuse hoping that they could prosecute for animal abuse.

After posting the last article on the animal Farm/Brothel, I actually found an entire paper discussing the ethics and pros/cons of sex with robots! apparently, robot prostitution is considered to be a highly likely factor of future human life.... even more so after this particular robot was unveiled in Japan recently....

Have you noticed how commodity prices are going up and up and breaking new records everyday? Its not just oil prices but almost every natural resource and raw material. And you can forget what the politicians say about speculation driving up prices - thats just a knee jerk reaction and an attempt to detract attention from the real problem. Which is - too many people on planet earth chasing too few natural resources....

Internet dating has moved into much more sleazy territory.

These days ads posted on line are often simply prostitutes posing as women seeking sex and friendship as one sting operation in the USA discovered! Not only that but a whole host of services aimed explicitly at obtaining quick sex via an Internet dating site have suddenly sprung up. I know because their ads appear even on an on line soccer management game I use!

Adolf Hitler finally got what was coming to him. He was beheaded. And you thought he committed suicide at the end of the war? Nope, he had his head ripped off just a few days ago.

Apparently, a protestor entered Madam Tussaud's waxworks in Berlin and ripped the head of Adolf there and then as a protest against the figure being on display. Adolf got swift justice - it only took 70 years!

Will this start a trend? Will we now see other despots summarily executed at the waxworks and what a way to drive up visitors - weekly beheadings a la the French Revolution at Madam Tussauds.....

Ever come back from a vacation or a good night out with a camera full of pics? You rush off to the developer and eagerly await those photos that contain all of those precious memories.... and then the moment arrives. The pics are developed and you go through them laughing over memories of fun things you did ... but, oh no, what's that in the background?

Imagine - your wedding on the beach what a beautiful photo of bride and groom and - oh my goodness - who is that in the background?

Its no wonder Angelina and Brad keep on littering the globe with new kids is it? I mean, if magazine's will bid $15 million for exclusive photos of the babies who wouldn't just become a kid factory? $15 million more than pays for raising those kids, paying for college and hell, even allows you to dump them off with a nanny so you can get down to work making more babies...

Frankly, it is sick that anyone would pay $15 million for a baby photo. The Pitt-Jolie clan should donate the cash to charity since they hardly need that kind of cash.

Anyone interested in my baby snaps? I'll consider offers over $500!?

While at the beach, Daniel Jones, 21, dug an 8 foot hole for protection from the wind and had been sitting in a beach chair at the bottom! When it collapsed, burying him beneath 5 feet of sand. People on the beach used their hands and shovels trying to get him out but could not reach him. It took rescue workers using heavy equipment almost an hour to free him. Jones was pronounced dead at a hospital.

Unbelievable - a 62-year old monk heads an Italian heavy metal band. They just released their second album - Mysteries. It is the Monk's 18th Album. I saw this story on the BBC and did a quick Google search pulling up some Reuters footage in which you get to see him perform and interviewed about how he reconciles his faith and lifestyle with music many Christians see as 'Satanic'. Apparently, the only time he got into trouble with the Church was when he appeared on TV.

Interestingly, he 'converted' to metal at a Metalica concert 15-years ago. Wow... that's a thought....

For decades, man has struggled seeking a cure for the common cold never knowing that that cure was simple - SEX. Yeppers - a Swiss scientist claims that sexual intercourse raises the number of phagocytes - which attack alien body invaders like the cold virus - immensely. A single orgasm can double the number of these little beasts in your blood stream apparently.

So what's it to be guys and gals? Cod liver oil and treacle or some sex? (or maybe both if you are that way inclined.....)

Couldn't help smiling at an article on the BBC website today about a Dog that was summoned to appear in court in India. I mean, I know the phrase in the dog house but apparently this dog was in the court house.....

An article on the BBC website had me completely baffled. Apparently, a school in Indonesia has built a toilet facility for its transgender students. In itself, I guess that is pretty weird but it appears that boys as young as 12 believe they are better off as girls. In fact, around 10-20% of all boys above the age of 12 consider themselves transgender!!!

To support all of this, the sex change surgeons have booming business and transgender boys are increasingly accepted in society.

Wooaw.... Can that be right - 10-20% of boys over the age of 12.... I have to believe that here must be something in the drinking water there that is causing this phenomena....
