Just before Christmas I saw a bunch of google ads stating "I need a million dollars" and requesting donations. Wow - I wonder if that worked and if in fact anyone gave this person money via a donation? The sheer audacity of the approach must have got some sort of response you would think.

Beggars must make some money or else why would there be so many? And why shouldn't folks try the internet to beg?

In fact, on all of my blogs I ask the reader to buy me a beer. This is a form of begging I suppose but in return for that donation I am at least providing some entertainment - more like a street busker than a beggar. However, you are obviously a tight-fisted lot as I have not once received a beer from anyone who visited this and/or my other sites.

So come on. Step up and simply give me some cash please. I really need it I do and I have set a target of raising $100,000 to pay off my son's college loans..... my gambling debts and internet porn subscriptions.

Give willingly, give lots and give often....
