The most widely read and popular post on this site is about high heels and a woman's sex life so apparently there is interest in high heels out there. Well, here is some bad news.... a British designer has introduced high heels without heels!

Britian’s Antonio Beradi created the 5 1/2 inch heel-less shoe and women who buy these shoes get to walk around with all their weight balanced on a thickened platform sole. While many women have no use for such a useless fashion accessory, it does appeal to the one group of women who are true trendsetters - celebrities. Reportedly, stars including Gwyneth Paltrow and Uma Thurman have bought the shoes in a black patent version shortly after they were unveiled in Berardi’s spring/summer collection in Paris. And Victoria Beckham apparently has a snakeskin pair.

I'm not exactly sure what heel-less high heels do for a woman's sex life however....
