Dear Mrs. Clinton,

Thanks for your application for the job of President of the United States. Your application was considered most carefully but in the end rejected in favor of a younger, more qualified candidate whose ideas are solid and original and who has demonstrated a consistent quality to rise above the petty details and focus on solutions to the bigger problems.

Your application demonstrates that your ambition for power and your insatiable ego make you, in the final, a poor candidate for the job. The successful candidate has called for fundamental changes in approach to the job. You, I fear, have continued to demonstrate a blind ignorance of this fact and continue to operate in the old way that we now seek to get away from. Your resume is over inflated and your claims of job experience appear weak - besides they are experiences of the old way of doing things.

Please don't continue to try to call my boss, nor change the hiring system in your favor by using your husband's contacts with our elite and powerful. This only serves to continue to make you look arrogant, egotistical and simply highlights the reason that our large panel of interviewers have found your application wanting.

We would also appreciate it if you would stop undermining our preferred candidate with silly and moronic accusations. His brilliance is beyond doubt, his behavior has been beyond reproach and his intellect frankly makes your pea sized brain look microscopic.

In the end, we decided that radical changes are required. These sorts of changes can only come from someone who represents a new generation. Someone who has approached this whole selection process with charisma, intellect, well considered judgements and solid ideas for change. You simply represent the system, people, institutions and frankly, culture of those things that we believe need to be changed.
