Hitler - A Subject For Jokes?

I never thought that anything related to the subject of Adolf Hitler could be funny but.... someone has started making cartoons in the vein of JibJab on the internet. Most are in German but check this out - it's an English version.
Seems like Hitler is the butt of jokes after all.
