Americans really only know Hugh Laurie as Dr. House. So they know him as an accomplished and serious English actor who can do one hell of an American accent. But we Brits have known our Hugh for much longer and he has made us laugh and laugh and laugh as the comedy actor he always was.

Hugh was in all Blackadder series with Rowan Atkinson and so I have selected some video that shows him in that series playing a totally useless and 'thick' English Prince George. This is how we all knew him until her took the role of Dr. House and surprised us all....
